Warranties and/or Guarantees are set by our manufacturers. Warranty/Guarantee issues must be taken directly to the manfacturer. Although we at Advantage Home and Garden will do our best to assist you with any contact numbers, order verification, etc. that you may need toward any warranty/guarantee issues.
Returns: Merchandise requires a return P.O. Number and must be received within 60 days of shipping date. Returns 60 days to 1 year from shipping date have a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned postpaid (C.O.D. not accepted). Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unmodified & in saleable condition. A COPY of the INVOICE or PRINTOUT must be enclosed with returned merchandise. Custom orders as well as Bed & Bath items from Veratex, Inc are NON-RETURNABLE unless received damaged.
Shipping Damage: Merchandise damaged during shipping require a return P.O. Number & MUST be reported to the Carrier immediately. All packaging materials must be retained for the Carriers inspection. Carriers have signed for your merchandise from the warehouses in good condition. Therefore, no replacemant merchandise will be issued until a damage claim is filed with the Carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, U.S. Postal Service, or Trucking Firm).
Shipping charges: Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Merchandise shipped free of charge and returned for a refund will have shipping charges deducted from original amount paid.
